Listings Floor Plans coming soon

The Point South condominiums feature large, open floorplans designed to give a strong feeling of single-family living inside the luxury tower. This is made possible by the large vaulted living rooms and extra rooms such as a formal dining area, breakfast nook, and the separate laundry room that come standard in all units. Each residence also features sweeping balconies with glass railing so residents can enjoy their views without the usual obstruction of metal bars found in other tower developments.
The Point luxury community is located on the waterfront of the Waterways in the northeast corner of Aventura. The two high-rise luxury condominium towers, North and South, were designed by well-known architect Robert M. Swedroe, and are set amidst a lush tropical water garden designed by noted landscape artist Walter Bradshaw. This combination of private luxury and prime location has made The Point one of the most desired pieces of real estate since construction began on the North Tower in 1997.

The South Tower was the fourth tower built at The Point of Aventura. Completed in 2002 the South Tower at the Point offers luxury living at affordable prices.
The South Tower at the Point offers its residents exclusive membership to their own private 15,000 square foot clubhouse complete with state of the art gym, men and women’s spa, treatment rooms, billiard room and private party room. The South Tower at the Point also offers three different pools to choose from. Step out from the back of the South Tower to the beautifully landscaped lanai that will take you to either the clubhouse or all three pools.
Aventura is famous for its world class shopping and dazzling water views. But great deals on real estate are very rare, indeed. That's why there's such a buzz about the new South Tower at The Point. Overlooking the Atlantic and the sparkling Intracoastal Waterway, South Tower is surrounded by 36 acres of lush privacy. Yet it's priced well below what you might expect. South Tower comes with an impressive list of amenities. Membership in the exclusive Resident Club & Spa is limited to residents and their guests.
The Structure
Constructed in 2002, the South Tower follows the same award-winning design of the original North Tower built in 1997. Rising 32 stories above The Point grand entrance on Yacht Club Drive, the contemporary whitewashed tower compliments perfectly with the vivid blues and greens of its tropical South Florida setting.
The Point-South features a similar dual-column design to the North Tower, which centers around the two semi-private elevators foyers on each floor. This design gives South Tower residents a high-degree of privacy as only five condominiums share a foyer on each level.
The View
The tower design also allows for 8 of the 10 luxury residences on each floor to take advantage of the views on both the north and south sides of the building. The south side of the tower features spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean just beyond a narrow strip of Golden Beach. Views on the north side feature panoramic vistas of the Golden Isles Waterways and the beautiful Gulfstream Park and Race Track complex beyond.
Today, the current selling price on Point South condominiums ranges from low $200,000 to $750,000. These condominiums range in size from 1,900 to 2,500 square feet.
